DOT-regulated testing and collections are conducted according to applicable 49 CFR Part 40 requirements. Non-DOT testing and screening services are performed according to the employer’s, agency’s or requesting organization’s testing policy.
Return-to-duty and follow-up testing prices include direct observation when federally required.
Random pool collection support
Care Route Logistics LLC provides local collection support for employers and TPAs. Random-pool enrollment, selections, notifications, program administration and compliance records remain the responsibility of the employer’s authorized program administrator or C/TPA unless included in a separate written agreement.
Non-DOT Testing
Non-DOT testing is performed according to the employer’s or requesting agency’s testing policy.
Rapid-test results are preliminary. Laboratory confirmation and MRO review may require an additional charge. Final pricing may vary based on the requested panel.
Blood and DNA Collections
Care Route Logistics LLC offers professional mobile and in-office blood specimen collection services performed by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or a qualified phlebotomist. Services are available for employer, individual, and healthcare-provider appointments.

Laboratory fees, special handling, testing panels, legal chain-of-custody requirements and mobile service may affect the final price.
Mobile and 24/7 Emergency Services
Mobile, same-day, after-hours, weekend, holiday, and emergency response options throughout the Texas Panhandle.
Only one priority response fee will apply to an appointment. Same-day, after-hours, weekend, holiday and emergency response fees do not stack. Mobile service, testing, laboratory fees, special handling and mileage may be charged separately unless the service is advertised as an all-inclusive package.
Employer Services
Employer and group services for recurring testing, onsite events, and ongoing service agreements.
Employer and group pricing is available for recurring testing, multiple employees, onsite testing events and ongoing service agreements. Drug tests are billed separately unless included in a written agreement.

Applicable notarial charges, travel fees, mileage and after-hours service may be charged separately and will be disclosed before service.
Pricing and response policy
Mobile fees: $50 during business hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM), $100 after-hours/weekends/holidays (9:00 PM–9:00 AM), $50 same-day priority, plus travel beyond the first 25 driving miles at $0.80 per mile. Applicable return-trip mileage may be included in the final travel charge. Travel charges will be confirmed before service whenever possible. Priority fees do not stack.

Oral-fluid services offered by Care Route Logistics LLC are Non-DOT oral-fluid services and are not represented as DOT oral-fluid testing.
DOT shy-bladder procedures are handled according to applicable 49 CFR Part 40 requirements.
Prices shown are starting or standard office prices and may change based on the testing panel, laboratory, MRO, confirmation testing, legal requirements, mobile location, mileage, group size or special handling. Customers will be informed of additional charges before service whenever possible.
